Boss Rash is the third challenge stage in Vampire Survivors. This stage can be unlocked by unlocking hyper mode for all 5 normal stages. Alternatively, Boss Rash can be unlocked in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane by casting the Spell "peakgamedesign".

Boss Rash appears as a stage once you've unlocked Hyper Mode for the five normal stages in the game. You can do this by surviving for 25 minutes in every normal stage. By beating this stage under certain conditions, you will unlock the secret character, Gyorunton.

After surviving 7 minutes in Boss Rash, the Atlas Gate will spawn in the center of the arena.

To access the Boss Rush, one needs to encounter at least 3 bosses (one Tier 1, one Tier 2, and one Tier 3).

"With the most adverse fate in Green Acres, run off the edge of the world." To unlock missingN▯, the Yellow Sign must first be unlocked. The player must enter Green Acres with hyper mode and hurry mode enabled.

An alternative way to unlock the secret menu is by clicking on the sixth relic icon with the pink background (the Yellow Sign) in the collection seven times. A message saying "You are now a magician!" will appear on the tooltip and the secret menu will now be unlocked.

Just pick the arcana: Silent old Sanctuary. You don't have to think too much about picking strong weapons if you start with that arcana. I beat it by picking the character that starts with the Lightning Ring and then the Arcana that stops you from levelling up.

The first one is acquired by beating the Hand of the King or the Queen^TQatS with no Boss Stem Cells active, the second by beating either with one active, and so on. However, the fifth Boss Stem Cell is obtained by beating the Giant^RotG with four active.

Unlocking the ability to change a character's appearance requires obtaining the Mindbender relic. This is one of the harder relics to acquire in the game. It's not as simple as finding a coffin, getting a character to a certain level, or surviving a set amount of time in a certain stage.

Secret characters are "secret" in that their unlock conditions are only present in the secret menu, and said menu only gives somewhat ambiguous hints. The unlock methods include killing certain (hidden) enemies and finding Easter eggs in reference to other video game franchises.

"Look under previously owned coffins." On any of the normal stages, opening the coffin for the second time will unlock Random. 5000, which scales with other characters purchased. Alternatively, Random can be unlocked in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane by casting a Spell "igottagettotheedgeofsoul".

Hidden Ground

Unlocked and automatically entered after reaching 15 minutes with a non-secret character in Moongolow for the first time. Permanently inaccessible after obtaining the Yellow Sign. Cannot be accessed by any secret character.
