I upgraded to the Superlight 2 when it came out cause my old Superlight started to double click. I already had the Powerplay mat so decided to stay with the Superlight. No complaints about the clicking with the optical switches, and it's a bit more palatable at this price.

Edit:
Looks like I also get Logitech codes with my Perkopolis account for 25% off. I tried it with Logitech website and it worked but it didn't discount anything with LogitechG website even though it said "discount applied"?25% off code: AUT6-VDYA-F46N-VUUA
AFAIK UNiDAYS and Perkopolis codes only work on full priced items, which sucks given these high prices. Sales are also excluded

I don’t do PC gaming but I like these Logitech G mechanical keyboards and would like purchase for work. Just hesitant due to price and not sure of built quality. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Love mine. Got one for work so I can switch between work laptop and my PC. I'm also a gamer though, so that was a large deciding factor (low response time when using wireless dongle).
There are a lot of good options out there for the non-gamer where the key input can be a little big laggier but love my keyboard and happy with it.

Having issues trying to get the discount reflected in the cart. The promo code applies (from student beans) but it's not discounting my items. How are you guys able to get it to work? I have a unidays account

I just tried generating a studentbeans code and it doesn't work too.
From what I'm seeing, there's 2 separate interfaces for studentbeans and unidays. The studentbeans code is generated through the "logitech 25%" option on unidays, but that code doesn't work for the Gpro mouse.
Whereas, the unidays interface direclty has 4 different options for code generations and only one of them included the mouse (and also had to be an old code).
Basically if you have a unidays account, login and try the logitech G 25% off code and if it doesn't work, there's no other option tbh

Yeah I keep going back and forth between the two, and that does seem like it only works on older Unidays codes. I contacted Logitech support and they could only offer me 20% off. I know that's not a huge difference, but I already have the Superlight, so was looking to switch G502 X Plus (502 was my standard mouse for years and I think it fits my hand better).
So if anyone is okay with 20% off, give support a try. Or who knows maybe your agent will match the 25%
EDIT: I find the studentbeans code works if you have 2+ items in your cart.. which is not ideal for me but just fyi

Easily repairable if you have the most basic of soldering skills and buy a $4 kalil switch as replacement

They're not.
Go buy used peripherals. Especially ridiculously overpriced ones like logitechs higher end wireless mice and headsets.
They are worth almost nothing on the secondary market
I bought my g900 wireless mouse used for $25. And my wireless logi headset for $25

it's sad to buy a "200$" product that you need to repair. I have 5 superlight 1 and 1 superlight 2, 3 of them have scrolling wheel issue, logitech did RMA them. There is a huge difference between the first and second superlight 2 I got, the click and the wheel are more stiff on the second mouse.

I am grateful that Logitech sent me replacements without much hassle. And I do really like the mouse itself. But I haven't had a logitech mouse that ever held up in the long run. I'm hoping this 3rd replacement holds out better than the first two.
Knock on wood but my Logitech G502 I bought for $40 in 2017 has had zero issues whatsoever and still works good as new. The Deathadder I had previously lasted maybe 2 years.

I agree, but sometimes you just gotta make do when it's out of warranty.
They saved probably pennies on that switch and you end up with a defective product that's out of warranty. There's no way these mouse are worth $200. Not a chance.
Same tech in a $20 mouse.

Here is a Uniday code for Logitech G.
OEUM-IMVH-44LD-L9QR
If it does not work for superlight 2 it is probably because it is excluded. If that is the case, it is probably some random bug that caused it to work for OP for a few days.
Similar things happened before when the mouse was first released, after a week or two it is then excluded.
